The professional management team offers a unique combination of first class services designed to ensure that resort living is as carefree and enjoyable as possible.
Our service includes cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor areas and facilities, such as the communal swimming pool and surrounding area, roads, pavements, ornamental plants and park area.
General repairs and maintenance are undertaken whenever required. Maintenance charges are from CYP 300 and payable on annual basis each January.
For home owner's with private pools and gardens which require landscaping, we can offer an extra service to maintain these at a very competitive rate.
We can also recommend experienced and professional agents to assist you in any other requirements you may have, from home furnishings to house keeping service.
